Program

CASTRIAL Executive Transportation — Request and Ride Updates. With your separate, affirmative consent, the program is intended for transactional updates about your service requests and rides, such as request follow-up, scheduling, trip changes and service coordination. This program does not include promotional marketing. SMS sending is currently inactive pending registration and activation.

How to opt in

Use the service-request form at /customers or /es/customers. The phone field is separate from the optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox. Select the checkbox only if you want SMS updates, review your selection in the final modal, then submit once. Giving a phone number or sending a request without selecting the checkbox is not SMS consent. The website records your choice separately and displays its recording status. There is no automatic enrollment by telephone alone.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your service requests and rides. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider may charge for text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase, service or booking. You may submit a request without consenting to SMS.

Opt out and help

When the program is active, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Contact castrialexecutive@gmail.com for help or withdrawal while SMS is inactive, or use WhatsApp +1 708-878-5852 for written service assistance. The intended SMS program number is +1 708-972-0404; it is not the WhatsApp contact. STOP/HELP transport and opt-in confirmation messages will be validated before messaging is activated.

Availability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery and a service request do not guarantee a vehicle, pickup time or reservation. CASTRIAL confirms availability and reservation details separately in writing.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains collection, use, safeguards and choices. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data/consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent evidence is stored separately from travel requests. Effective October 7, 2026; version 2026-10-07-sms-v1.
