Privacy Policy

Information and purpose

CASTRIAL Executive Transportation collects the contact and itinerary details you submit to review and respond to service requests. A request is not a confirmed reservation. Do not submit identity documents, payment-card information or other sensitive information through this form.

Service-request information used to review and respond to your request, and the separate SMS choice described below, do not depend on optional Analytics or Ads measurement preferences.

Optional SMS consent

Providing a phone number, submitting a service request or accepting general terms does not authorize SMS. The separate SMS checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. When you affirmatively select it and submit the reviewed form, we separately record your phone number in encrypted form, the consent action, server timestamp, form language and page, disclosure/policy version and text, and a receipt identifier. This record concerns request and ride updates only; it is not marketing consent.

SMS information is not shared for marketing

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services solely as necessary to deliver those services. We do not sell SMS consent.

Optional Analytics and Ads measurement

Analytics and Ads measurement are separate, optional choices. Neither is preselected. You can use the site and send a service request without accepting either choice. To review or change them, use Manage measurement preferences. Opening this Privacy Policy does not load Google services.

If Analytics is accepted, measurement may record page_view, generate_lead and clicks on telephone or WhatsApp contact links. The generate_lead event is recorded only when the request has been accepted by the backend; it does not mean that a reservation, vehicle or availability has been confirmed. Measurement URLs are reduced to the page path and exclude passenger fields, UUIDs and arbitrary query parameters. Only valid gclid, gbraid and wbraid may be included as URL query parameters when Ad measurement is accepted. If Ad measurement is denied, those identifiers are omitted; when a Google click identifier was detected, the measured referrer is also emptied.

If Ads measurement is accepted, Google advertising identifiers gclid, gbraid and wbraid may be used for that measurement only. The ad_storage and ad_user_data signals follow the Ads choice. Ad personalization remains denied at all times.

Withdrawal, local storage and Google

You may withdraw either optional measurement choice through Manage measurement preferences. When a relevant choice is withdrawn, Google cookies accessible to this page are removed for that choice. Withdrawal does not remove information Google has already processed, and this policy does not state that HttpOnly cookies can be removed.

Local v2 identifiers are kept for 30 minutes in the session. v2 measurement preferences are kept in localStorage indefinitely unless they are cleared or the relevant choice is revoked. No server retention period is assigned here.

Service providers and security

We use service providers to host the website, securely store consent evidence and process the existing service-request/email channel. Access to personal data is limited to the service purpose and authorized personnel. Consent phone numbers are encrypted at rest in a private record separate from travel requests. Consent records are not publicly accessible. We may disclose information when legally required; this does not authorize sharing SMS opt-in data for marketing.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only for the service, honoring your communication choices and documenting consent or legal obligations. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal requirements. SMS consent is not required to purchase or book. When messaging is active, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You can also contact castrialexecutive@gmail.com to withdraw consent or ask for help.

Current SMS status and contact

SMS program registration is in progress and SMS sending is not yet active. The website can record your choice but does not send an opt-in confirmation text at this time. Optional Meta measurement

If you expressly accept Meta/Facebook measurement in the preferences, CASTRIAL uses Pixel 1828193291696424 for PageView on consented visits, and Lead only after a request is accepted by the server. Meta is separate from Analytics and Google ad measurement. Refusal does not prevent requesting a quote.

We do not provide names, contact details, passenger or trip details, pickup/drop-off addresses, flight numbers, comments or the request identifier to Meta. The Pixel uses a restricted measurement document on the existing www origin, with a clean site URL. Meta may receive technical connection information such as IP address and browser characteristics, and optional Pixel cookie identifiers. This does not mean a booking or payment was confirmed.

You can revoke optional measurement through the preferences control on this page. Revocation stops future measurement; it cannot withdraw information already transmitted.
